Reservations
Reservations made through Grandioso are confirmed once you receive a booking reference and confirmation email. A reservation holds your spot while our team verifies availability with the local operator.
Payment
No payment is charged at the time of reserving online. Our team will contact you with secure payment options, or you may settle in cash on the day of your tour where available.
Cancellations & refunds
Most tours can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. The exact cancellation window is displayed on each tour page. Cancellations within 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
Weather & operator changes
If a tour is cancelled due to weather or safety concerns, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. Occasionally an operator may adjust timing or itinerary; we will always notify you in advance.
